Every two years the ASIM dedicated conference presents recent developments and interesting applications of simulation. This largest European simulation conference is well balanced between research, development and industrial use. Scientific innovation is discussed as well as the successful application in every day's business.

Companies, which have not been using simulation before, will get a first impression and will be enabled to estimate the use of simulation for their own enterprises, supported by the exhibition of relevant simulation tools and service.

Simulation users can exchange experiences, can evaluate new offers and can participate in special discussions. One important topic is expected to be the Digital Factory, which several automobile companies claim to have mostly implemented until autumn 2004, as well as the implications of this technology for the suppliers and the potentials for other smaller enterprises.

The traditionally comfortable and professional environment of this Berlin conference will further support a fruitful exchange of thoughts. We will be glad to welcome you in Berlin.

Markus Rabe
